Prepayment is required. Payment via credit card (Visa, American Express, Discover, Master Card) is the quickest and surest way to reserve your seat. Corporate clients may fax a copy of a Purchase Order to 812-469-4164 to reserve a seat.
Clients may cancel a class and receive a full refund (minus a 20% administrative fee) if cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to class start date. Clients are not eligible for a refund if cancellation is received within 14 days of class start date. Rescheduling is permitted in accordance with the Rescheduling Policy. Pinnacle Computer Services reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will then be offered the option of a full refund or to reschedule the class.
Clients may rescheduling a class without charge if the rescheduling request is received at least 14 days prior to the class start date. Rescheduling within 14 days of the class start date will be subject to a $100 rescheduling fee, which will be billed to the client’s payment method.
