Class
Times
Class
time is 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CDT. Lunch will
be 1 hour (time is at the discretion
of the instructor). We try to be as flexible
as possible. Out
of courtesy to the other students in class,
please call if you are going to
be more than 10 minutes late.
What to bring
Students are welcome to bring any projects they
are currently working on to discuss with the instructor
during breaks. Pinnacle will provide all materials
needed for class, but you are welcome to bring your own pen or pencil, paper, or highlighter.
What to wear
We want our students to be comfortable, so dress
is casual. Although we try to make our students as comfortable as possible, occasionally or classrooms are cool or warm to some students. If you often experience these sort of issues, please be prepared.
Refreshments
Each day Pinnacle will provide coffee and snacks.
Lunch is on your own. Food and beverages are allowed in the classrooms.
Upon completion of the course
You will receive a Certificate of Completion. Each
student receives 60 days of FREE phone and email support.
Students may also audit the class for FREE in the
year following the initial course. Re-attend class
must take place within 1 year of the anniversary date
of the initial class. Students may re-attend only
in a regularly scheduled class with openings. Classes
where a newer version of software is taught are considered
a different class, therefore not subject to the re-attend
policy. Students who re-attend must bring their book
from the original class. Exclusions include custom
training, private training, and custom dates.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Pinnacle Computer Services guarantees the quality
of its training. If for any reason a participant feels
he/she has not received the full benefit from the
course, he/she can audit the same course at no charge.
Payment Policy
Prepayment is required. Payment via credit card
(Visa, American Express, Discover, Master Card) is
the quickest and surest way to reserve your seat.
Corporate clients may fax a copy of a Purchase Order
to 812-469-4164 to reserve a seat.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a class and receive a full refund
(minus a 20% administrative fee) if cancellation is
received at least 14 days prior to class start date.
Clients are not eligible for a refund if cancellation
is received within 14 days of class start date. Rescheduling
is permitted in accordance with the Rescheduling Policy.
Pinnacle Computer Services reserves the right to cancel
classes due to low enrollment or other unforeseen
circumstances. Customers will then be offered
the option of a full refund or to reschedule the class.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may rescheduling a class without charge
if the rescheduling request is received at least 14
days prior to the class start date. Rescheduling within
14 days of the class start date will be subject to
a $100 rescheduling fee, which will be billed to the
client’s payment method.
